The Operations team is a global unit dedicated to helping our products go where they need to be, our customers being successful, and our organization to achieve at an exceptionally high level. The Logistics Analyst II role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations in support of the North America Sales Region's logistics and warehousing activities. This role will be responsible for managing the resolution of queries related to shipments in transit, analyzing reports to support business execution, enabling process improvements, and mentoring junior peers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and monitor the resolution of queries relating to warehousing or transport activities


• Provide short term solutions as necessary in response to unexpected events


• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead enablement


• Works with Sr. Principal Logistic Analyst to design, coordinate, and follow all shipping and receiving processes


• Ensure internal/external records and documentation accuracy through the processing and reconciliation of shipments and receipts


• Prepare and analyze reports to support business execution


• Monitor SLA/KPI workstreams and report quality metrics to Logistics team


• Actively participate in Logistics projects


• Tracking of Inbound and Outbound shipments


• Assist Logistic Administrators in the fulfillment of Sales, Return and Warranty orders


• Provide the best possible service to both internal and external customers

Job Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a Logistic or other relevant role


• Bachelor's degree in a Logistics field or other relevant degree


• Knowledge of warehousing and transport best practices


• Knowledge of local logistics regulations and requirements


• Experience with Microsoft Windows, including Word, Excel and Outlook


• Good written and oral English
