We are seeking an End User Device Associate to:


  • Troubleshoot connectivity and resolve hardware/software issues with timely resolution.

  • Coordinate hardware and prepare installations.

  • Support Microsoft operating systems, iOS, Android, hardware, and applications.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

Education:

Minimum – Associate’s Degree (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of).

Work Experience:

Preferred – One or more years of relevant work experience.

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Professional demeanor.

  • Excellent organizational/communication skills and the ability to prioritize, schedule, and complete a high number of work requests.

  • Ability to work independently with little oversight and direction.

  • Analytical and critical thinking.

  • Experience providing desktop support for hardware and software.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills.

  • Experience with Active Directory.

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts.

  • Troubleshoot printing.

Physical Requirements:

Medium: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; on-call rotation required (2-3 times per year). Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
