The global experienced Recruiting function is comprised of 800 individuals responsible for finding the best talent to fill over 85,000 positions annually for more than 45,000 hiring managers achieve their business goals. To do this, the function interacts with millions of candidates to help them navigate the process in order to find their next career opportunity.
As an Associate Recruiter, you will manage a firm-wide recruiting portfolio for the Talent Acquisition (TA) organization recruiting top talent for Campus Recruiting and Experienced Hire Recruiting. The TA organization is currently going through an exciting transformation as we expand our businesses and resources. This individual will ensure our Talent Acquisition clients are best positioned to attract, source and recruit top talent, both internally and externally as we aggressive grow the organization. The primary responsibilities include staffing the business with quality talent, providing strategic recruitment solutions and proactive pipelining for future needs.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage end-to-end recruiting process
Create and implement recruiting strategies for Talent Acquisition clients
Coordinate and execute super day hiring events for large scale hiring volumes
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruiting processes, controls and policies
Source and pipeline qualified candidates
Evaluate, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers and solicit feedback on candidates to refine recruiting strategy as applicable
Proactively share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and streamline process for the client
Demonstrate expert level of understanding of needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations
Provide a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment process, share manager feedback and appropriately disposition all candidates
Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy and many advantages of working for JPMC selling both the firm and the opportunity
Conduct appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
Take ownership of the Affirmative Action Plan, understand diversity goals and provide education to hiring manager and ensure a diverse candidate slates
Provide meaningful market data in support of client needs
Utilize the complete functionality of the applicant tracking system and maintain data integrity and controls
Qualifications
5 years experience in full life cycle recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment or recruiting agency
Previous experience recruiting for Human Resources is preferred
Superior multitasking, project management and presentation skills coupled with business acumen
Innovative, creative and results oriented
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
Planning and managing networking event or projects
Strong time management and ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize
Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information; control mindset
Ability to tell a story with data and metrics
