* Receptionist will be the face of the Client and provide outstanding professional service to visitors/clients. * This position will also require providing backup and assistance to the Workplace Support Team.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform all duties related to thereception/switchboardincluding incoming calls, visitor handling and assisting with tours.
Meet, greet, and announce visitors in a professional manner.
Ensure visitors are identified in accordance with security & Covid-19 procedures.
Handle employee and visitor office space requests as required.
Constantly monitor and respond to emails and requests that come into the Reception Outlook account.
Maintain daily Covid clearance procedures for employees.
Proactively ensure that excellent housekeeping standards are maintained in common areas.
Communicate and liaise regularly with colleagues booking conference rooms to verify requirements and expedite changes.
Assist with any special projects.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1-3 years of previous Front Desk / Receptionist experience, preferably in a service industry.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Internet applications
Excellent written and verbal communications skills with superior telephone manner
Must be attentive to detail, accurate, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a high pressure, fast paced environment
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Must maintain a professional appearance at all times.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum direction
Must be reliable/dependable
Must have previous customer service experience
