Job Description:

What will I be doing?

Oversees the coordination and communication of all catering & events details to the operational departments on a daily basis. Responsible for support of front of house service in banquets and the rooms division, including supporting in-house groups and events. Organize details for events and room blocks including, room set up, directional assistance, load in/out, exhibitor coordination, room reservation blocking and VIP coordination. Support sales system maintenance for menus, resumes, banquet event orders and billing coordination.
