Utilize pipelines and reporting to monitor daily staff production, efficiency and delivery deadlines. Enforce all current policies, procedures and standards for staff review and delivery of trailing documentation.
Research and resolve document deficiencies as noted by both internal review and as requested by outside vendors. This may require preparing re-recordings, corrective affidavits and/or assignments of mortgage
Monitor and ensure the timely completion of all GNMA final certification requirements
Provide support, assistance and expertise to department staff.  Assist in all training procedures and further teaching/educational initiatives
Qualifications - External
Minimum three years’ experience in a Final Document review role or equivalent title company experience with prior supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation with ability to rectify and resolve defects
Strong knowledge of County Recorder requirements across multiple states with e-recording expertise preferred
