What will you be doing?

• Plans, schedules, and coordinates driver training to completion of a license.
• Manages the track scheduling, operations desk, and safety.
• Coordinate's facility safety orientation.
• Coordinate facility access and scheduling activities.
• Supports the maintenance and operations teams on projects and scheduling.
• Organize and track vehicle maintenance through Excel and Word.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What qualifications do you need?

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years' experience scheduling and organizing client activities and schedules.
• Proving grounds experience highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Experience using, Microsoft Edge and Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. ∙
• Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
• e able to lift 25 lbs.
