Compiles staffing level requirement forecasting and workplace staffing requirements through constant communication and awareness of the anticipated needs. of the Prepares reports to determine workforce needs and recruitment productivity. Tracks requisition workflow including attrition and growth requests, maintains ATS recruitment data, monitors new-hires and identifies recruitment trends.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Workflow/workforce management by monitoring of current and upcoming staffing needs.
Monitor and confirm current needs by validation of request with internal stakeholders and update ATS
Act as liason between the internal stakeholders and the Talent Acquisition Team
Assists by gathering recruitment data for analyses to determine trends, service activity, or resource availability, to forecast required staffing levels and provide reporting to management.
Acts as a point of contact for recruitment requests
Requirements:
1-3 years of data entry and management, preferably within workforce planning, HR or talent acquisition
Problem-solving ability, time management, planning, and organizational skills
Attention to detail and are experienced dealing with large datasets.
Ability to handle matters confidentially with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Adapt to change and actively support and communicate change initiatives in a positive manner.
