Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Information Security team and manage existing and new strategic information security projects. This team takes on complex, organization-wide security problems that require high-level of expertise, widespread support, and multi-year execution plans. In this role, you will work with global and multi-functional teams of technical and non-technical partners to define and drive full lifecycle security projects. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multiple simultaneous short and long-term project plans to drive security excellence across multiple security domains




• Manage projects from start to finish following Agile methodology to deliver value to our business units




• Define the scope, tasks and timeline




• Develop and maintain project documentation




• Coordinate projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with internal customers




• Monitor, manage and regularly report project progress, scope changes and key risks; Provide multi-functional visibility into status, resourcing needs, granular requirements, dates and critical issues for assigned projects




• Communicate effectively within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information




• Effectively handle risks, blockers and project dependencies




• Provide hands-on day-to-day problem-solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities




• Significantly contribute to crafting and maintaining project management processes and best practices




• Ensure project closure, handover and lessons learnt processes are established and implemented




• Develop change plans and communicate with partners

Qualifications

• A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.




• 5 complete years of relevant working experience with implementation / deployment / securing ICS/OT/IT systems, project management experience, 10+ years experience desired




• Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) a plus




• Expertise in Atlassian suite of applications (i.e., Jira, Confluence) preferred




• Understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements




• Experience managing projects across functional teams, building processes and coordinating deployment schedules




• Experience with large enterprise environments




• Ability to effectively coordinate between technical teams and business partners




• Superb communication skills




• Strong customer focus

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for thisrole is $113K- $153Kperyearwith20% bonus target.
