Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Information Security team and manage existing and new strategic information security projects. This team takes on complex, organization-wide security problems that require high-level of expertise, widespread support, and multi-year execution plans. In this role, you will work with global and multi-functional teams of technical and non-technical partners to define and drive full lifecycle security projects. Responsibilities
Develop and execute multiple simultaneous short and long-term project plans to drive security excellence across multiple security domains
Manage projects from start to finish following Agile methodology to deliver value to our business units
Define the scope, tasks and timeline
Develop and maintain project documentation
Coordinate projects across multiple teams, driving them to successful conclusion while building strong, lasting relationships with internal customers
Monitor, manage and regularly report project progress, scope changes and key risks; Provide multi-functional visibility into status, resourcing needs, granular requirements, dates and critical issues for assigned projects
Communicate effectively within the project team and at multiple levels of management, building trust across the organization, and demonstrating discretion with sensitive information
Effectively handle risks, blockers and project dependencies
Provide hands-on day-to-day problem-solving, implementing quick and effective action plans to meet short term priorities
Significantly contribute to crafting and maintaining project management processes and best practices
Ensure project closure, handover and lessons learnt processes are established and implemented
Develop change plans and communicate with partners
Qualifications
A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
5 complete years of relevant working experience with implementation / deployment / securing ICS/OT/IT systems, project management experience, 10+ years experience desired
Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) a plus
Expertise in Atlassian suite of applications (i.e., Jira, Confluence) preferred
Understanding of information security, privacy frameworks, and compliance requirements
Experience managing projects across functional teams, building processes and coordinating deployment schedules
Experience with large enterprise environments
Ability to effectively coordinate between technical teams and business partners
Superb communication skills

In accordance with Colorado State Law (https://leg.colorado.gov/bills/sb19-085) the salary range for Colorado for thisrole is $113K- $153Kperyearwith20% bonus target.
