Our Technical Services Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager in the Dallas Area with knowledge of our services: New Construction Commissioning, Monitoring-based Commissioning, powerED and Facility Condition Assessments. This dynamic team is growing quickly and looking for a growth mindset adaptable leader who knows how to inspire teams and clients.

Position Overview:


We are looking for a senior program manager to help us grow the South market and that can deliver programs with operational excellence while building, developing, and retaining a best in class team. As mentioned before, you'll manage our consulting team to focus on technical service offerings: New Construction Commissioning, Monitoring-based Commissioning, powerED and Facility Condition Assessments.



Most importantly, we need you to have a growth mindset that brings people together, inspires teams, and delivers excellence to our clients. You should demonstrate that you've managed a diverse group of individuals, have a technical mindset, preferably in the built environment space, and have experience with the public sector. You should be well versed in project financials, project management, and P&L forecasting. Demonstrated people leadership and team-building experience are required, and technical knowledge around any of our seven offerings is highly preferred.
