Support both Avaya front line sales and partner sales teams as the CCaaS technical sales SME to accelerate sales cycles. You are a subject matter expert in Contact Centre solutions, and cloud deployments.
Be a customer advocate, and understand the customers business drivers. Contact Centers are all about customer experience, and you are a leader.
Set a vision, and be a visionary. Lead product demonstrations
Preferred to have a technical CC background with a strong understanding of both technical and operational elements of how a contact center operates.
