Responsible for assessing the companies HR systems, analytical and reporting needs in support of key business processes. Goals and deliverables of this position are:•Support the HR system needs of the business. This to include all aspects of system performance monitoring and security.•To provide leaders of the organization reporting and analytics that is actionable and can be trusted to make key business decisions. Candidate must be able to take raw data and transform it into various presentation formats be it graphs, tables and or charts. •In addition to reporting and as critical, is the business analyst functions required of the position. This will entail partnering with the business to solution any new functionality requested and to resolve any and all issues that arise from legacy and or current system design and workflows.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
Holistically support the HRIS needs of the business; including performance and security.
Design business analysis, reporting, and data recording systems for use throughout the company.
Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy.
Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Prepare custom reports out of the HCM and Netsuite systems for each department, and division that can be automatically generated on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis that allow viewers to easily understand the data.
Research and analyze all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
Partner with the business in providing solutions for any new request.
Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers and executives.
Support all departments in reaching their goals through analysis.
Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree in MIS or Computer Science.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HRIS and business systems reporting analysis; public company experience is preferred
Strong ORACLE HCM Cloud functional/technical expertise is required
Netsuite Financial/CRM ERP experience is preferred
Strong MS SQL, Business Intelligence and Excel experience is required
Willingness to work in a collaborative, cross functional team environment
Strong documentation and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various managers in different divisions, levels and shared service organizations
Highly organized but willing to adjust direction when necessary
