Job Description:

Intelgica, Inc. is hiring a Contracts Manager in the following area(s): Frisco, TX.

Intelgica provides digital-first solutions in accounting & finance, HR, recruiting, legal, marketing, and IT for the Infiniux group—a collective focused on empowering humans with technology and data-driven decision making. The Infiniux group currently consists of Nexius, Velex, Velex SI, AccuV, Allios, and MyndCo. Our propriety software and turnkey solutions fuel innovation and transparent processes for our partners in telecom, supply chain, and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Ensure both parties are complicit with the terms of the contract.


• Develop contract proposals to support organizational goals


• Review contract estimates, including proposed materials, and production costs


• Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date


• Write contract letters and other communication notices


• Negotiate and approve contract terms while ensuring that projects remain within the established budget


• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations


• Executes and manages non-disclosures (NDAs), terms and conditions


• Develop strategies for negotiation and leads negotiations for a win-win solution on complex programs


• Settle disputes regarding contract interpretation, conditions or compliance with legal requirements


• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience

• Intermediate to advanced ability to read and understand complex legal language then communicate to internal customers to assist with negotiation of contract terms and provisions.


• Must be an effective verbal and textual communicator, and must be will to accelerate growth of an innovative and rapidly growing business in a fast-paced environment


• Possess superior time management, organizational and communication skills.


• Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively on projects and assignments.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritization.


• Must have good interpersonal skills with the ability to interface cooperatively with departmental personnel and customers.


• Strong computer skills; proficient in MS software programs, Adobe, and other various database and project software (i.e. Microsoft Teams, Go to Meeting.)


• Analytical and problem-solving experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (business, finance, management, or law) a graduate degree is preferred but not required
