Director of Inside Sales

Full time, Office Based, Durham NC.

In this role you will lead the building and scaling of a new Inside Sales Team to support the rapid growth of the business. You will be responsible to achieve sales goals and other objectives for the assigned territories.

During this journey, you will hire and developing talent, develop Inside Sales Strategies, establish goals and implement Inside Sales processes and practices

What you will be doing


  • You own Inside Sales Revenue Quotas and Sales Efficiency Metrics to ensure Bioventus meets/exceeds overall short- and long-term goals

  • You continuous establish the Inside Sales Processes to drive high quality service and efficiency

  • You participate in strategic planning and sales forecasting. You provides market insights, trends, customer feedback and recommends changes to strategic and tactical sales plans.

  • You analyze and report changing needs within the Inside sales organization such as training and sales programs

  • You develop and manage talent. Your presence should accelerate the development and career aspirations of those reporting into you.

  • You have a BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field. MBA Preferred

  • You have minimum ten years' experience in sales/sales management of which 4+ years as an Inside Sales Leader responsible for delivering quota through a team of sales professionals. (Preferable experience working in the medical industry).
