Project Management Co-Op, Fall 2021

This role will assist and support Project Engineers, Project Managers and Superintendents on assigned projects. The Project Management Co-op should be a flexible and adaptable team-player, as well as having strong communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, processing submittals and gathering and distributing information. This position will work alongside the project team to manage high quality project documentation, and support work processes within budget and on schedule. In addition, this role will attend project meetings and record meeting minutes; assist with the tracking and inspection of material deliveries and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. This position may occasionally require overtime as approved by management.

Travel

Travel is not required by this position.

Required Experience

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field required;


• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry;
