Location is On Site in Smithfiled or Cumberland, RI
Start date may be sooner than specified.
Phone interviews will be requested for selected candidates.
Work schedule: Mon- Fri 8- 4:30 or 9- 5;30
Position Summary:
This worker will address field service ticket escalations for the retail stores
Duties
IT Help Desk support function, resolving user issues.
Experience
1-2 years experience using a ticketing software system software
Experience in an IT help desk environment performing troubleshooting though diagnostic technigues.
Education:
High school / GED required
Technical training and/or relevant work experience
Comp TIA preferred
