What you will be doing:Your focus will be bringing the best talent to Steelcase while acting as an advisor and contributing to multi-faceted projects. You will be responsible for full cycle recruitment across various business units with a heavy emphasis on sourcing, candidate engagement and experience, and guiding the selection process.

You have a background in relationship-based, consultative recruitment and take a proactive approach in growing your pipeline and staying engaged with top talent. You understand the importance of both the hiring manager and candidate experience and how to eloquently represent both throughout the recruitment process. You have keen sense of urgency and the ability to lead through influence.
Desired Qualifications:* A background in consultative recruitment and talent sourcing, preferably 4+ years* A Bachelor's Degree* Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism* The ability to think critically and tackle problems
