Our world class research and development team is looking for a driven Project Manager to help us advance diabetes treatment and improve the lives of millions of people.

Dexcom will depend on you to develop specific and detailed activities as related to a development project. Tasks may include forecasting, build planning, and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Participate in Process Development Activities for the Operations PMO group

  • Drive/manage Engr. COs associated with technical projects and independently prioritize cross-functional review and approval of CO's.

  • Route documents for approval through various departments, teams, or document control systems

  • Organize the details involve with Project Review Board meeting e.g., planning, tracking and follow up on action items, and preparing pre-reads.

  • Generate Project Management tools for team to reference for various project deliverables.

  • Update content and decisions in Confluence, Smartsheets, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools

  • Audit and maintain project information in Smartsheet and provide updates and feedback to project managers and leadership.

  • Assist in implementing processes, procedures, tools, and templates.

  • Support Project Managers with leadership updates, presentations, and information sharing.

Required Qualifications:


  • Typically requires a Bachelor Degree or 4 - 6 years of equivalent experience.

  • Experienced with Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint programs.

  • Detail oriented with strong time management skills

  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and personal interaction skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Medical device or experience working in an ISO regulated environment.

  • Familiar with Smartsheet, Confluence, and SharePoint.
