What You'll Do:

As a Senior Associate Business Operations Specialist within Global Sales Operations, you will partner with all levels of Global Sales Management and Operations Teams primarily in support of the annual recurring revenue base, though other analysis and reporting will be needed. This role is highly collaborative and will routinely interact with other global functions such as Sales Insights, Finance, Sales Compensation, Knowledge Management Center, ORION development, Licensing Operations, and others to analyze, interpret, and forecast recurring revenue, as well as new revenue from various lines of business and initiatives. .

You will:

    Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis using a variety of tools, systems, and data sources.
  • Understand recurring revenue forecasting process and reporting systems.

  • Support recurring revenue forecasting and day-to-day operations.

  • Assist with recurring revenue target setting and target changes.

  • Monitor credit assignment and answer ad hoc questions from sales and sales management.

  • Contribute to target setting and changes for new revenue and sales credit.

  • Partner with sales leadership to understand and implement account segmentation and territory changes throughout reporting.

  • Identify trends and developments in recurring revenue and present findings to management.

  • Research and answer questions and perform ad hoc analysis on a variety of topics as needed.

  • Gather, analyze, prepare and summarize recommendations for system changes.

  • Be a virtual team member for the design and implementation of globally consistent processes for recurring revenue forecasts and targeting.

  • Assist on Strategic Accounts, Strategic Initiatives, Orion Target Setting, and the Global Sales Planning processes as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting, business, or related analytical field required.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

    • Detail oriented and willing to dig into the data to solve problems.

    • Flexibility to multitask and assist others by providing a resolution to diverse issues or by locating the correct resource to assist.

    • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills, including the use of pivot tables and formulas.

    • Experience with data query and reporting tools.

    • The ability to understand and interpret revenue, financial, performance, and compensation data.

    • Business acumen.


The nice to haves:


  • Experience with Data Visualization software

  • Experience with issue tracking in Jira

  • Experience developing and delivering training and documentation
