Provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications in support of Netsmart's operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develops appropriate artifacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery using business system tools.




• Create and document detailed software implementations/code while ensuring that their code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements




• Build solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve our aspiration of common assets, use the enterprise monitoring/logging, require minimal to zero maintenance and are aligned with architectural patterns and technology strategy




• Support escalated and/or complex production issues, including Independently completes root-cause analysis and diagnosis




• Participate in evaluation of new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, risk (e.g., security).




• Lead upgrades




• Serve as a liaison with cross functional technical and non-technical teams




• Create technical documentation




• Complete unit testing and create audits




• Interact with key business and technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers




• Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code

Qualifications
Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience




• Minimum of 7 years of experience with required business systems (i.e. Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce).




• Minimum of 5 years of experience with software implementation life cycles and unit testing




• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing, scripting and testing application interfaces




• At least 3 years of work experience leading and/or participating in systems design




• At least 3 years of work experience in building and/or supporting a multi-platform environment




• Proficient with SQL, XML/XLST, Web services (SOAP, REST) and Oracle relational database management systems




• Proficient custom report development skills using Microsoft Business Intelligence Design Studio




• Proficient web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML




• Proficient in technical systems documentation
