Recruiting Manager
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of recruiters responsible for high volume recruiting on a national scale. This position leads and develops the capabilities of our recruiters and hiring managers to effectively source, recruit, hire and onboard full-time hires.This includes driving process improvements through full adaptation of tools and technology solutions to increase talent pipelines, drive employment brand, and improve the candidate experience.
This is a virtual role with a strong preference for candidates in the Southeast US.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of geographically dispersed recruiters, ensuring the team delivers on strategies that drive activity to meet and exceed recruiting metrics.
Strategize and implement full funnel strategies and tactics to meet the recruiting needs of the business.
Champion diversity and culture in all aspects of the hiring process.
Own recruiting metrics and analytics
Upgrade and improve all social media and career site capabilities.
Seek out and test new technology solutions.
Coach and develop recruiters, motivating for growth while driving a high level of performance and accountability.
Manage daily operations and lead team to promote our culture through online and local market initiatives.
Identify innovative approaches and practices to reach target talent.
Ensure alignment of all recruitment activities across departments and branches.
Establish, manage and nurture relationships with all levels of leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
5 - 8 years of recruitment experience.
Experience managing a team of recruiters at various experience levels.
Demonstrated commitment to personal/professional accountability.
Demonstrated knowledge and / or proven track record of successful development and execution of a national and local market recruitment strategy.
A proven desire/track record to leverage technology and embrace innovation and change. Proficiency with Workday Recruit and Phenom CRM is preferred.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Excellent planning and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective presentation experience.
