Starting Pay Rate: $25.14- $28.40 Per Hour.

Sign On Bonus Opportunity:


  • $100 at 45th day of hire

  • $500 at 90th day of hire

  • Must not be on a corrective action for attendance to qualify for bonus payments

Basic Function:

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain a wide variety of manufacturing equipment which includes mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, PLC and robotic processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Troubleshoot and make repairs on all plant equipment. Assist others when needed.

  • Perform PM's on a timely basis and provide feedback that can improve the preventative maintenance system.

  • Perform all duties and responsibilities safely. Ability to follow company safety policies and practice safe work habits.

  • SAP Data Entry including corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, project work orders, and safety work orders. Details of actions and parts used must be entered into SAP.

  • Work with other departments, such as tooling and engineering, in order to assist projects to a successful completion

  • Make logical decisions and perform in a quick pace environment under pressure.

  • Performs tasks as per directed by supervision.

Education and Experience:


  • Must possess a complete set of maintenance tools

  • Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, PLC's and robotics

  • Must be willing to work any shift
