Toward these goals, we are seeking a driven, fast learning, and adaptive IT professional to join our Business Systems team. Along with a team of high-energy, high-caliber IT professionals, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on numerous high impact initiatives, including a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) upgrade, using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate business processes, as well as exposure to a wide range of technology and business areas.

Reporting to the Director, Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst will be a key player in brainstorming, designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting various IT innovation solutions. He/she will also provide end user support and maintenance for the company’s business applications. In this role, the Business Systems Analyst must proactively support the department’s group goals, as well as the company’s corporate goals, objectives, and strategies. The work is of a technical nature but also requires strong communication skills and collaborative skills with business clients and other IT teams.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•     Work with Accounting and other IT teams to implement new ERP software

•     Work with business units to analyze current processes, make recommendations and develop solutions using various technologies for improvement and automation

•     Develop bots to automate manual processes using RPA software

•     Provide end-user application support for the corporate ERP system, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other business-related systems

•     Responsible for identifying application issue patterns and facilitating root cause analysis and resolution

•     Provide support for critical business systems outside of normal business hours as a member of our on-call rotation via cell phone notification and/or other communications

•     Perform other duties as required

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•     High level analytical problem-solving ability

•     Ability to multitask and independently manage complex activities

•     Fast learner who is willing to take on new technologies and challenges

•     Microsoft SQL Server (or other relational databases), including writing T-SQL queries

•     Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system experience (or other top-tier ERP such as SAP)  Hands-on experience with implementing ERP is highly desired.

•     Programming experience preferred, in languages such as C#

•     Experience with implementing AP Imaging software is desired but not required

•     Experience with RPA software (UiPath) is desired but not required (training will be provided)

•     Experience with Hyland OnBase or Citrix XenApp is a plus

•     A willingness to travel and provide remote site support

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR CREDENTIALS:

•     Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field

•     A minimum of 3-5 years working in the Information Technology field
