<p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:0in;line-height:107%;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;'><span style="font-family: Helvetica;"><strong>Primary Objective:</strong> To coordinate and/or deliver all admissions new hire training as well as continual partner development within the admissions department in conjunction with the Executive Director of Admissions. This position will create and oversee admissions training and development plans, &nbsp;evaluate admissions partners&rsquo; performance, and provide coaching and development plans. The focus of this position is to train and develop admissions partners to reach their fullest potential, resulting in positive impact on enrollment numbers.</span></p>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop onboarding training for new hire Call Center Representatives</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop onboarding training for new hire Admissions Managers</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop ongoing training to further develop admissions partners in call center and field</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Coordinate training plans and schedules for each new hire in admissions</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Identify partners within the Admissions Department, and train to be trainers</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Oversee all training conducted</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Provide recorded webinars and other coaching resources for admissions partners</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop and conduct virtual Sales Force trainings</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop and conduct virtual trainings for Online Admissions Process</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop and conduct virtual trainings for all other admissions applications&nbsp;</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Develop coaching for each piece of the lead to start cycle to maximize our positive impact on each prospect</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Provide training and support for Call Center Mangers to enable them to coach and support Call Center Representatives</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Provide admissions training and support for Campus Directors and Regional Directors to enable them to coach and support their admissions managers</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Conduct analysis and recommendations of admissions departments per campus to identify areas requiring coaching</span></li>

    <li><span style="font-family: Helvetica;">Work with campus directors to develop Performance Improvement Plans for admissions managers when necessary</span></li>
