Job Description:

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS: 21 years of age

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve the guests in a quick and friendly manner.
  • Must be able to handle extremely busy periods while maintaining superior customer service.
  • Operate equipment as directed.
  • Prepare food in accordance with State and Federal Health Codes.
  • Prepare food as directed by Chef and F&B Manager.
  • Restock supplies as directed by management.
  • Follow all company procedures involving gaming regulations.
  • Receive money and return change in an accurate manner following internal control regulations.
  • Keep area clean and neat during shift.
  • Ensure area is clean before closing.
  • Assist others in duties as directed by supervisors.
  • Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.
  • Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
  • ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    PHYSICAL - Must be able to:

  • Stand or walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to see.
  • Hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.
  • Climb steps repeatedly.
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • MENTAL - Must be able to:

  • Communicate verbally, clearly and articulately.
  • Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Description, daily memorandums, and other instructions.
  • Must be able to work under stressful conditions.
  • PREREQUISITES/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Short order cooking experience preferred. Cashiering experience preferred. Must have neat and clean appearance.
