NVIDIA's invention of the GPU sparked the PC gaming market. The company's pioneering work in accelerated computing-a supercharged form of computing at the intersection of computer graphics, high performance computing and AI-is reshaping trillion-dollar industries, such as transportation, healthcare and manufacturing, and enhancing the growth of many others.

We are looking for a contract Senior Recruiter who will help us to build out our Developer Relations organization. As a key member of the recruiting team, you'll work hand in hand with our Del Rel hiring managers across the company to identify and attract forward-thinking and creative talent to their teams. We'll look to you to find and hire technical candidates who can nurture relationships with developers and technical executives, and who will promote NVIDIA technologies across organizations and industries.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll provide innovative ways to help drive NVIDIA's hiring process and the overall candidate and hiring manager experience to provide solutions to meet business and candidate needs
  
  


• You will own and drive the hiring process from beginning to end, supporting your candidates as they interview and through the offer process, and partnering with your hiring leaders to innately understand their hiring direction and needs
  
  


• Invest in building and maintaining a network of candidates through creative sourcing techniques that may include web/social sourcing, conferences, research, referrals, and other unique ways to fill your candidate pipeline
  
  


• Help us design and build reports on recruitment activities and share them within recruiting and with your hiring teams
  
  

What we need to see:

• 5+ years in-house Technical and/or Biz Dev recruiting experience with passion for the hiring manager and candidate experience
  
  


• Demonstrated ability to partner and influence senior management, hiring leaders and partners
  
  


• Comfortable with multiple clients and searches
  
  


• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and good oral and written communication
  
  


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  
  


• ATS experience
  
  

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Workday ATS experience a plus
  
  


• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
