Description
Job Purpose The Solutions Delivery Manager role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and leads the Solutions+ team, which is responsible for pitch and proposal development in partnership with our internal teams. The scope of this spans a broad spectrum of responsibilities across crafting new client pitches, assessing clients' needs and identifying skills needed from Nerdery, effort estimation, and defining delivery approaches. The Solutions Delivery Manager will also play a lead role in operationalizing the proposal development process, continually pushing towards optimization.
Responsibilities/Duties Proposal/Pitch Development
Play a lead role in client discovery and qualification, leveraging experts within Nerdery as needed
Lead and hold Solutions+ team accountable for their respective deliverables based on project plan timelines and milestones
Initial roadmapping, project, and resource planning across strategy, design, and technology
Provide inputs to SOW development (scope, deliverables, estimates, team and capacity plans)
Delivery approach definition across engagement variations
Coordinate leveraging SMEs across practice areas, track pursuit budget, and ensure all pursuit team members are following the process
Schedule and manage proposal team meetings to make sure the team is on track / on time for key proposal delivery milestones
Liaisons between broader Delivery functions (Delivery and practices) within Nerdery to ensure there is strong communication and ensure a smooth transition from Sale to delivery
Solutions Team Management:
Manage Solutions+ Team, which is a cross-functional team including Strategy, Creative, and Technology
Build a repeatable process for proposal development and drive operational efficiencies within the team
Build a knowledge base and asset repository for all proposal/pitch activities
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelorrsquo;s Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of consulting experience as a Project, Product, or Program Manager for a consulting firm or creative agency
Familiar with a variety of modern product development methodologies, including Agile, Design Thinking, and Lean Startup
Exhibit a strong Product Owner mindset for clients and managing product/project team
Experience working with clients to ideate, build, launch and support enterprise digital products.
Can identify new ways of thinking to improve the products and experiences.
