***FollowMyHealth Product Manager - Visual Design / UX Focus
Remote Role - Raleigh, NC / Litchfield, IL preferred

The purpose of this role is to take our FollowMyHealth (FMH) platform to the next level. Your initial focus will be on interaction and "deep into the weeds" of visual design! You'll work with the product team to establish good user experience design patterns, good workflows and great interaction. You're the guru of requirements, visual design and general patterns to ensure that FMH is polished and looks amazing.
Our FollowMyHealth Patient Engagement Platform allows over 25 million patients to access their medical information and interact with their connected healthcare organizations to take control of their health. This service allows patients to self-schedule appointments, renew prescriptions, securely message with their providers, join telehealth visits and more via the web and native Android and iOS apps. Healthcare organizations can directly engage patients via text, email or automated phone calls to manage appointments, including reminders, confirmations, waitlist, check-in, and to schedule referrals and appointments to close gaps in care, manage care plans, and receive patient education, to name a few.
