A nationally recognized acute care hospital located on the Cape of Massachusetts is currently searching for an experienced RN Case Manager to join their award-winning team.

This state-of-the-art medical center is home to just under 300-beds and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission, College of American Pathologist, and the American Association of Blood Banks.  This facility is known to provide high quality patient-centered care to more than 90,000 patients annually. The RN Case Manager will join a system that provides a variety of services including cardiovascular, perioperative, oncology, women’s health, neurological, and imaging among much more.

The RN Case Manager will work amongst a team of experienced case management and utilization review nurses. The RN Case Manager will work within an interdisciplinary team that plans and implements individualized care programs that promote high quality patient-centered care. The RN Case Manager will regularly work with third-party representatives to facilitate care while optimizing reimbursement.

The RN Case Manager must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing with current Massachusetts state nursing licensure. The RN Case Manager must have at least 5 years of prior acute care nursing experience and must have recent knowledge of discharge planning  and utilization review.
