Position Summary:


As a member of the Customer Acquisition & Retention team, this role is responsible for assisting the Paid Search Manager. In this role you will be working with paid search data across 7+ separate brands over several different platforms. You will have the opportunity to grow your paid search tactics and strategy knowledge, assist in the development and launching of new campaigns as well as understanding and analyzing campaign performance. This role will also source images and artwork, collect content, update assets, streamline production, and handle general paid search advertising activities within the platform. This role is very hands on and requires immense attention to detail! Your creative thinking skills and strategies will be an essential art in driving our digital narrative, enhancing our organization’s image, improving paid search and display advertising efforts with clients, and encouraging business growth through effective campaigns.


Ideal candidates for this role should be creative and innovative, efficient, multimedia savvy, well-organized, and must be excellent writers and communicators. Ultimately, the exceptional Paid Search Specialist should have a firm grasp of the different digital touch points, drive highly effective digital media strategies, enhance user experience, and deliver on digital objectives.


 


 Responsibilities:



  • Supporting paid search, display and YouTube advertising initiatives.

  • Handling campaign and product launches.

  • Budget and spend management.

  • Creating customer and lead segments for targeting

  • Researching market trends and advertising best practices.

  • Coordinating digital marketing events.

  • Developing and sourcing content for lead generation and ecommerce strategies.

  • Data entry and strategy analysis.

 


 Education & Experience:



  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.

  • Active on social media.

  • Knowledge of paid search advertising platforms (Google, Bing, YouTube, etc.).

  • Excellent copywriting and copy editing skills.

  • Knowledge of HTML

  • Experience with paid advertising.

  • Strong experience with email marketing and automation analytics/reporting.

  • Highly organized.

  • Strong computer literacy.

  • Project management experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong presentation skills.
