Dura-Line is hiring a talented and creative writer to become our Global Content Marketing Strategist (REMOTE). In this role, you will bring your superb technical writing and editing skills, use your journalist/PR intuitive background and curiosity to develop content that will help bring success stories to life.

We are looking for a marketing content guru with at least 5 years of experience in creating exceptional technical content (articles, blogs, infographics, reports, presentations, scripts, announcements, etc) in a B2B environment. You will need to have demonstrable hands-on experience in understanding and translating complex products, industry/market trends, client/company news and develop compelling content that will highlight and spotlight achievements and milestones and represent Dura-Line through written stories for the website, social media, press releases, digital marketing campaigns, and other channels.

 You must understand how to use digital marketing tools (Adobe creative, Microsoft Suite, HubSpot, Google Analytics… to name a few) and unique techniques to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of an industry-leading organization. You will leverage team members to create campaigns that drive awareness, create demand, and elevate Dura-Line as a thought-leader in Infratech. You will play a critical part in how Dura-Line presents itself to the world, with exposure and foundational relationship building with communications leaders and expert stakeholders across the company.

You will leverage your strong collaboration and marketing skills to develop engaging and exciting Internal Communications and help project leads in various departments define their scope of work to achieve their ultimate communication goals. As a resourceful leader with a desire to learn and understand the technical aspects of our product & service offerings, you will develop customer personas and journeys and execute targeted and value-added content for marketing campaigns.

As a member of our growing marketing team, you will get a chance to build relationships with our clients, work closely with internal cross-functional teams to learn about our products, history, and industry, and get a chance to use your talent to conceptualize and draft content for multi-channel campaigns while ensuring the alignment of global communications and messaging across all channels. To decide which is the best platform for your content, you need to have a good understanding of social media and the impact technology is having on communications and marketing and a general understanding of analytics and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

  • Creative Mindset & Customer-Centric Mentality with proven experience of working on diverse and wide-ranging communication strategies including all forms of media.


  • Optimization and Continuous Improvements Background to proactively seek out and learn about the latest communications and content creation best practices, and dive into new systems and methods, and test for results.


  • Strong Technical Content Writing & Editing Skills and hands-on experience in developing marketing content for various multi-channel campaigns and a track record of producing concise and persuasive communications product.


  • Data and Metrics-Driven Marketing Mind with an Eye for Creativity and an understanding of the media and communications landscape and best practices, with a track record of generating and copy-editing corporate communications products.
