Bunge Management Services, Inc. seeks full-time Electronic Trading & Hedging Manager in Chesterfield, MO to serve on the e-trading team managing implementation of an electronic trading & order management system (Fidessa) that enables multi-broker functionality, multi exchange, customized risk limits, order routing rules, hedge management tools, & algorithmic order types; managing back-office system upgrade from GMI to FISCD systemoverseeing budgets for front/back office trading systems; serving as expert on developing system functionality & purchasing technology; implementing new CME Group, Intercontinental Exchange, & Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations w/in trading system, & creating a CME market data netting system by negotiating a single fee; maintaining real time dashboard for position and P&L management; analyzing & mining business trading data across different sources to identify patterns & correlations among the various data points; developing automated & algorithmic trading strategies for quantitative trading; hedging corn/wheat/oats/canola/soybeans/soybean meal/soybean oil futures & options orders; executing customer orders; market-making in spread management; & acting as point of contact for all e-trading related questions, including trade disputes, trade history, & network related issues.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration & 5 yrs progressive exp as a Business Analyst, Trade Analyst, or related occupation for derivatives electronic trading & order management systems implementation to include 5 yrs exp w/ market making and option spreads; developing automated & algorithmic trading strategies for quantitative trading; hedging agricultural commodities including grains and oilseeds; analyzing & mining business trading and market data for commodities; & implementing trading regulations in electronic trading systems.
