CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST


We are seekingaCustomer Service Specialistto join ourSelect Staffing teamin Stockton. If youare a people person with solid computer skills whothriveson providing exceptionalcustomer service and follow up, then this could be the role for you!


RoleSummary:


The Customer Service Specialist is focused on listening to, caring for and connecting with our valued hourly associates and customers. The Customer Service Specialist will travel between the branch and customer locations to assist with check-ins, onboarding, employee relations, staffing, and scheduling.This role will help to ensure client satisfactionas well as prepare our hourly associates to be successful in their employment.


The Customer Service Specialist will:



  • Coordinate onboarding requirements with the client

  • Conduct client-specific onboarding for new associates prior to job assignment

  • Prepare new hire paperwork to ensure legislation requirements are met

  • Adhere to SOP delivery to include new start check-ins, regular check-ins with clients regarding associates performance/progress, client demands and needs

  • Visit clients weekly to develop relationships and engage with floor supervisors

  • Help coordinate associateengagement events

  • Conduct weekly safety observations

  • Conduct check-inswith associates on assignment, weekly, via text, email or phone to assess job satisfaction and overall engagement

  • Complete and updatesCRM documentation of job activity


Background Profile for Customer Service Specialist:



  • 1+ year of experience and successful track record of customerrelationships and engagement

  • Solid computer skills including MS Office, Outlook and utilizing various platforms to driveeffective decisions

  • Excellent customer service skills,includingtheability to react appropriately in stressful situations and deal with difficult customer situations diplomatically

  • Should be comfortable leading client and associate conversations

  • Able to switch tasks throughout the day, prioritize and manage repetitive tasksin a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills at all levels

  • Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate client needs and early start times

  • Practical experience and comfort with usingMicrosoft Office products

  • Reliable transportation to travel to visit client sitesin Stockton, Sacramento, and Modesto
