Administers and coordinates activities associated with new product prototyping and engineering changes, product release, and/ or discontinuance. May monitor associated inter-functional or worldwide activities. Serves as a focal point within the organization to track the details of new product prototyping and engineering processes from design conception through product discontinuance or transfer to manufacturing. Evaluates assignments and determines actions required to administer, coordinate and monitor new product and/or discontinuance activities. Duties involve analysis and new/customized approaches. Solves complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of organization procedures, processes, programs, and objectives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years relevant experience working in a role as a coordinator, project specialist, or in a similar role

  • Requires extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks

  • Experience in supply chain is essential


  • Ability to learn very quickly and produce accurate deliverables on-time

  • Strong hands-on experience in using PLM and ERP systems, AGILE and SAP is preferred

  • Experienced with processes of change control, NPI, implementation, deployment in production environment, and Product Life Cycles

  • Solid understanding of various functions and processes in supply chain including planning, manufacturing, logistic, and order fulfillment

  • Strong analytical inclination, planning, problem-solving, and organization skills

  • Strong verbal and written communicate skills

  • Ability to interact with all organizational levels in a worldwide distributed environment

  • Must be fulltime work on site in Santa Clara, CA
