We are looking to hire an experienced professional(s) to jump-in with his/her technical knowledge into key problem solving situations to deliver quality and detail-oriented results to the team:
Acquisitions: execute and document opening balance sheet testing procedures, prepare PPA entries, prepare acquisition memos, review integration period accounting
One-time agreements and transactions: perform initial research and draft accounting position memos
New standards implementations: perform detailed research and draft implementation memos
Policies:maintain a listing of accounting/finance policies,ensure timely updates and documentation
Real estate financial analysis: create bridge between facilities team and finance team in standardization of maintaining timely information and data updates, improve internal reporting process, perform data analysis, generate reports and prepare quarterly presentations
Leases: quarterly checklist updates and evidence gathering activities for accurate/complete accounting of new lease agreements and renewals, execute embedded lease review procedures
Other: perform monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities based on team needs, assist with other recurring internal reporting packages/projects
MS Excel experience required for data analysis
BA Degree with 5 years applicable experience, combination of Big 4 plustechnology companyis a plus
