\r\n Job Summary:
\r\n+ The Electronic Visitor Verification (EVV) Help Desk Liaison/ Waiver Case Manager will be responsible for entering and maintaining participant data in Tellus- the state approved and mandated electronic visit verification system. This position will also be responsible for carrying a small caseload.
\r\n
\r\nMinimum Qualifications:
\r\n+ BS/BA degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or other human services degree, as approved by DDID
\r\nOR
\r\n+ RN licensure.
\r\n+ One (1) year experience in working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
\r\n+ Must possess and maintain valid driver's license and have access to reliable means of transportation for job-related use.
\r\n
\r\n Location ID - OBORO
\r\nRelocation is not provided and travel is regularly required
\r\n
