Position Summary:

Pentair currently has an opening for a Casting Center Team Lead, 1st Shift, to join our team at our Ashland, OH location. In this role, the Team Lead will be be responsible for all leadership activities on their shift in a foundry environment.

You will:

• Responsible to manage and maintain a safe work environment


• Conduct department meetings: Safety, Quality, etc.


• Manage, coach, and develop staff


• Achieve daily metrics through optimizing use of resources and report those results through the MDI process


• Identify, investigate, and implement solutions to safety and production issues


• This position will report to the Operations Manager

You should:

• Have 2-5 years of experience supervising in a manufacturing environment


• Demonstrated problem solving skills


• Experience driving metrics including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost


• Microsoft Office experience

We like, but don't require:

• Bachelor's degree


• SAP and/or Kronos experience


• Foundry Experience
