Fred Finch CARES is looking for passionate professionals to join our growing treatment team as Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians in San Diego, Riverside, Orange, and Imperial counties.

Behavior Technicians are responsible for:
· Delivering high quality in-person Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, community, and school settings
· Attending regular staff training and staff development programs
· Meeting regularly with Supervisor/s
· Maintain accurate data collection
What CARES is looking for:
· High School Diploma/GED
· Experience working with children and families
· Motivation to continue learning and growing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
· High ethical standards
· Promote positive morale and team cohesion
· Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to maintain records, and work independently
· Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers, supervisors, and youths
· CA driver's license (or ability to obtain one) and reliable transportation
