Community Solutions, Inc. (CSI) is seeking a passionate MST Therapists to join our Multisystemic Therapy (MST) program in KS, which will provide MST services to the at-risk and disadvantaged youth throughout multiple counties in Kansas. You do not need any training in this form of therapy we provide in house training for this. This is for our Pittsburg South East Region.

CSI is proud to be one of the largest nationally licensed providers of MST with over 20 years of successful client outcomes across six states. The MST program in Kansas will provide services to at-risk juveniles and their families involved with the Department for Children and Families (DCF).

As a member of the Kansas MST therapist team, you will be responsible for traveling throughout the counties served in the Topeka/Kansas City Region and provide intensive in-home and community-based treatment to at-risk and disadvantaged youth, engaging the primary caregiver and other key participants to promote behavior change in the youth's natural environment, with comprehensive, flexible and highly individualized services.  As an MST Therapist, you will have the flexibility of working non-traditional hours in order to best meet the needs of a caseload of 5-6 families and provide on-call support to families through an on-call rotation.

Additionally, you will receive extensive training in this evidence-based, outcome-driven treatment model. To ensure the best outcomes and fidelity to the model therapists receive weekly supervision, professional development, and weekly consultation.

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social Services or related field, Master’s degree preferred.


• Two years of work experience in social work or clinical treatment


• Social Work or other clinical license is preferred.


• Valid driver license, and ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
