OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB:
This position is responsible for the accurate processing of all customer orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF JOB: (other duties may be assigned)
1.Conveyable / Non Conveyable Pick
KEY MEASURES:
*Pull all parts using the voice pick system required for customer orders with less than 10 errors per month.
*Replenish stock as required by workload demands.
*Ensure that all parts pulled are accurately labeled.
*Maintain a clean and safe work area.
*Maintain professionalism 100% of the time.
2.Order packaging.
KEY MEASURES:
*Package all customer orders with less than 10 errors per month.
*Verify the part number and quantity for all parts within customer orders.
*Ensure that all orders are packed to minimize damage.
*Ensure that all orders are packed to meet shipping guidelines.
*Apply shipping labels to customer orders.
*Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials.
*Maintain a clean and safe work area.
*Maintain professionalism 100% of the time.
3.N/C order closeout
KEY MEASURES:
*Package all non- conveyable parts for customer orders.
*Ensure that all orders are packaged to minimize damage.
*Ensure that all orders are packaged to meet shipping guidelines.
*Assist the merge of non- conveyable & conveyable product.
*Maintain an adequate supply of packaging materials.
*Load completed customer orders onto a skid.
*Maintain a clean and safe work area.
*Maintain professionalism 100% of the time.
OTHER DUTIES OF THE JOB:
1.Assist with annual inventory.
2.Assist with packaging as needed.
3.Assist with pullback as needed.
4.Perform other duties as assigned or required.
SUPERVISION GIVEN TO THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:
This position typically does not require the supervision of staff.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED FROM:
Supervision is typically received from the Distribution Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Experience/Training
No experience or training.
Will be required to use the AS400, iSeries and UPS World Ship.
