The Data Analyst has overall responsibility for developing data processing and data analytical techniques required for SurfMax product. He/she provides support during defect qualification and tuning phase as well as project phase by defining requirements and creating solutions required for proper data processing and decision making of SurfMax.
We are looking for people who are keen to try something new:
To gather data, interpret, and turn data into information to meet customer needs
Collect and interpret data in the formats of text, Excel, and SQL database
Analyze data and generate results
Identify pattern and trend in data sets
Define new data collection and analysis processes
You are:
Degree in engineering, computer science, and statistics (BS, MS or PhD preferred)
3+ years of experience in data modeling, processing, and reporting
Experience in analytical tools like Excel, R, expert in scripting to extract information from large set of data
Excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable technical information to internal Zeiss team
