PURPOSE OF POSITION
Under the direction of the Health and Wellness Director/Coordinator this position's primary goal is to instruct group fitness classes for members in accordance with the YMCA Health and Wellness Program Model while putting Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. The "Y" values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith will be exemplified in all aspects.
