Primary Purpose: The Executive Assistant under general guidance supports, directs, administers and coordinates the administrative functions of the executive office operations in accordance with policies, goals, and objectives established by the department and the organization. This position primarily maintains professional and effective communications between the executive, department business partners and appropriate internal and external contacts. Also responsible for monitoring a pre-established budget. Education: HS diploma or GED required; Associate degree and Microsoft Office certification preferred.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 5 years of office assistant experience required; 10 years of executive office assistant experience preferred.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft office products. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
