A very hot opportunity is now available within a Top New Jersey Community Hospital in Southern New Jersey. This award-winning hospital is in search of a strong Critical Care Director.

The Critical Care Director will join a 100+ bed facility that has been within the Southern New Jersey family for more than 75 years. This highly decorated patient care facility takes care of its community members year after year. With recent renovations to this acute care facility, the new state-of-the-art facility has its neighboring hospitals looking a bit jealous. 

The Critical Care Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and be responsible for 24-hour care over the ICU. The Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager will report to this Critical Care Director assisting with the day to day operations of the unit. The implementation of effective and efficient nursing care will need to be met to ensure accreditation standards and regulations. Collaboration within the hospital is key to their success, Radiology and Oncology are two units that that crossover in special procedures in the ICU.

Situated in Southern New Jersey, there are multiple city centers nearby that allow for a commutable drive.  For an out of town Critical Care Director this region provides waterfront access, historic architecture and peaceful neighborhood. There are multiple avenues to commute into some of the larger cities such as New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore. A short break could only be a few hours away.
