    Impact in This Role
    Our Automotive Sales Call Center representatives are a very important part of our family. You will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond for one of the Big 3 Auto Makers. Responsible for promoting and selling Company products and services that are both current and emerging. Uses a consultative sales approach to ensure our customers receive the best value. Dedicated inside sales role handling calls from customers wanting to set up new service, transferring service from one address to another, and/or adding a new product to their existing service. Inbound Sales Representatives are expected to sell as many lines of business or ancillary products as possible on each call. Inbound Sales Representatives are compensated based on a 30% commission component in addition to their base salary

    Responsibilities

    Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements
    • Leverage company tools and technology to confidently provide the customer with product knowledge, which will enhance customer engagement and maximize sales

    • Promote brand awareness by offering additional products and services to meet customer needs

    • Through demonstrated individual performance, promotes the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct

    • Thrives as a team player in a fast-paced, high-energy, change-oriented environment

    • Passion for consultative sales, recommending products or solutions tailored to each customer

    • Achieve and exceed established weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

    • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary

    • Achieves or exceeds sales targets while interacting with new and existing customers via telephone and selling Company products and services.

        Requirements
        • 1+ years Sales experience

        • Availability to work various shifts

        • Ability to use Windows operating systems

        • Ability to type 25 wpm

        • Over 18 years of age

        • High School Graduate or GED

        • Predictable and reliable attendance

        • Consistent work history

        • Proven oral & written communication skills

        • Comfort with desktop computer system
