In 1985, Koch Foods started as a one-room chicken de-boning and cutting operation with 13 employees. We’ve grown to be one of the top poultry processors in the U.S., but the core of who we are remains unchanged: a team that is adept, reliable and service oriented.

Hiring Immediately for Production/ Manufacturing Workers

Koch Foods provides entry level Manufacturing Workers an excellent opportunity for career advancement!  A Production Line Worker is primarily responsible for processing chicken on a production line, and learning the stages throughout the production process.


  • Employees paid weekly!

  • Training is provided! 


  • $1400 sign-on bonus (must meet eligibility requirement)
     

1st Shift / 2nd Shift


  • Typical hours for 1st Shift 6:15 am - 3:15 pm / 2nd Shift 4:10 pm - 1:10 am

  • Starting pay on 1st Shift $15.00 / 2nd Shift $15.40

  • Pay increase after 60 days 1st Shift $15.50 / 2nd Shift $15.90

  • Most Saturdays REQUIRED with Overtime Pay

Manufacturing Worker Primary Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Work in fast paced production area

  • Repetitive motion  

  • Maintain satisfactory attendance and job performance 

  • Other relevant duties as required

Manufacturing Worker Job Requirements:


  • No prior experience necessary

  • High School Diploma is NOT required

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Physical & Environmental Factors:


  • Cold, damp, humid environment

  • Temperatures range from 40 to 90 degrees

  • Continuous standing and repetitive motion

  • Exposure to noise levels greater than 85 decibels

  • Exposure to strong odors, including ammonia
