Description:

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, alongside energetic and dedicated team members? Our Human Resources Department has an exciting opportunity for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join one of the largest, and growing, Health Centers in the Country. The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Workday system with a focus on business processes and application support activities and optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Configure and manage Workday business processes for Core HCM, Payroll, Recruitment and other HR modules

  • Oversees functional testing for all HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance


  • Works with functional users to provide technical support, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Core HCM and other HR modules

  • Maintain/update all Workday employee/manager self-help documents designed for end-user reference. 

  • Trains end-users on new processes/functionality and trains new system users.

  • Proactively monitor releases of new modules/features

  • Manage annual HCM processes, such as Open Enrollment, ACA Reporting, Employee Performance Reviews, etc…

  • Ensures data integrity through process improvement, audits, uploads, maintenance and documentation

  • Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

  • Helps maintain data integrity in systems by performing audits, running queries, and analyzing data.

  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Workday


  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills are essential

Preferred


  • Workday configurations experience in core modules (HCM, Benefits, Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation), Business Process, and/or Domain Security Configuration

  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills
