* Temperature check all visitors and employees entering the facility
*Complete COVID-19 questionnaire to each employee and/or visitor
*Ensure all employees and/or visitors entering the building are screened
*Ensure all employees and/or visitors entering the building are utilizing face masks
*Maintain a detailed log of screenings
*Sanitization of screening station per infection prevention protocol
*Must have open availability between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, as well as availability to work every other weekend
*Other duties as assigned
