Minimum 10 years major law firm and/or similar in-house experience with primary emphasis in franchise law issues and litigation, ideally with experience in automotive dealer-relations and franchise law issues, and laws/regulations concerning the sale of new and used vehicles, and related warranty, parts and service issues.
Candidate should possess extensive, hands-on experience managing sophisticated legal matters
High level of expertise in handling complex litigation, with some experience with appellate litigation
Must demonstrate superior skills and achievement of expected results in all high profile matters
Excellent written and oral communication (including listening), problem solving/risk-analysis/strategic thinking, and customer satisfaction/relationship building skills required, along with flexibility/adaptability, patience, risk taking, and results orientation.
Good people management skills, including coaching/associate development/team-building, are required
