Your Role

As a GenslerArchitecturalTechnical Designer, you will have the opportunity to build the foundation of your architectural and design career by joining a team that creates customer spaces that impact several global brands. What You Will Do


  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production


  • Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and other vendors to meet overall program and project objectives


  • Travel to project sites for due diligence and meetings with stakeholders


  • Produce graphic presentations, rendered plans, 3D rendered imagery, and construction drawings


  • Utilize hand rendering techniques to communicate design concepts and iterative design solutions along with the ability to iterate in Autodesk Revit


  • Work with multiple retail brands for locations across the US


Your Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in architecture with aspiration to achieve licensure


  • 1-3yearsof related project experience in retail image design and implementation


  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit 3D BIM software. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop Experience in visualization tools such as Enscape and 3DViz is also recommended


  • Knowledge of relevant building codes and accessibility requirements


  • Ability to travel, at a minimum, anywhere in the United States and Canada


  • LEED accreditation a plus
